January 21, 2021, TORONTO, ONT. – SNOW LAKE RESOURCES LTD. (“Snow Lake”, “SNOW” or the “Company”) today announced that it plans to conduct a registered initial public offering in the United States. The timing, number of securities and price of the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
